People with children in their life through work, family or friends, came together learn how to foster heart-mind well-being in them. We joined Tracy Smyth from the Dalai Lama Centre for Peace and Education to learn about:
- The 5 qualities of Heart-Mind well-being
- Research that has demonstrated the positive impacts of social and emotional learning
- Creating balance between educating the mind and educating the heart
